Gîte 1 km from the village in a renovated barn, independent house, large enclosed wooded area. Come discover the Loire Valley, the Orléans forest and hike on the banks of the canal, 20 minutes from Orléans and 1h30 from Paris. Ground floor: 1 large living room with open kitchen, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom (1 140 cm bed), 1 bedroom (2 90 cm beds). Floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), mezzanine (library). A first basket of wood is provided (euros5/additional basket). PRICES CHARGES INCLUDED: Sheets provided and beds made on arrival, heating included and electricity included. IN ADDITION: Compulsory cleaning fee for professional stays at euros60 (billed every 15 days). Towels at 7euros/person.
