We propose to you to the rent, in Forges, this charming apartment of a surface of 38 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an open kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom (with shower). Sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: Day space : - A living room of 20 m² with TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates... Night space: - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower and WC Outside : - A terrace of about 15 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance, the deposit may be withheld. - Animals are not accepted. - The gite is adjacent to two other gites (Divine gite for 8 persons and Lunaben gite for 15 persons) that you can rent at the same time to increase the sleeping capacity of your holiday home. ATTENTION: the swimming pool on the site is only accessible for travelers staying at the Lunaben Gite - The door window of the room does not open. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged. To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the teams of Book&Pay (advertisement and reservation management service) and Flo Clean Pro (concierge / housekeeping service).
