ARCACHON, A FEW STEPS FROM NOTRE-DAME BASILICA OF ARCACHON Just 600 meters from the beach, in a peaceful residential area, this single-storey Basque-style house of approximately 85 m² offers terraces and can accommodate up to 6 people. Upon entering, you discover a spacious air-conditioned living room, incorporating a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and a Nespresso coffee maker. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a central island. The living room, which opens onto the rear terrace, is pleasantly furnished with armchairs, a sofa and a television. The master bedroom, a master suite, includes a 160 bed, a private bathroom with WC and a washing machine. Two other bedrooms: one is equipped with a 160 cm bed (air-conditioned) and the other offers two 90 cm beds. The house also has an additional bathroom and separate WC. Enjoy two beautiful furnished terraces: one at the front of the villa and a second, more spacious and intimate, at the back. Parking is easy and free on the street. The house is equipped with internet/WIFI, is easy to maintain and benefits from an optimal layout.
