Property info

Completely renovated, modern 3-room apartment with several terraces. Ideal for conventioneers (20 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals) and for vacationers (5 minutes walk from the beach). This 65m² apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Apartment features: -The living/dining room equipped with a flat screen and with direct access to a terrace. -A first bedroom with a double bed (140X200) and its adjoining balcony. -A second bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed (140X200) and its adjoining terrace. -A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave. This kitchen opens onto a beautiful terrace. -A shower room with a shower. WC are independent. This sofa bed is equipped for a minimum of 5 people. Naturally, you will have free WiFi access and air conditioning, as well as all the necessary equipment to ensure your stay comfortably: quality sheets and towels, iron and cloth board, hair dryer, hangers, household equipment (vacuum cleaner, bucket, mop) and a washing machine. The apartment is located on the 5th floor (with elevator). The keys and badges will be given to you, on your arrival a person will welcome you in front of the residence. You have a parking space. Services offered in addition: - Early arrival, before 4 pm, according to availability - Late departure, departure after 11:00 am, according to availability - Airport transfer / baby bed / concierge service / possibility to leave your luggage at the agency / etc...
