Ideally located on boulevard Jean Jaurès between Place Garibaldi and old town Nice, this beautiful 3 room apartment entirely renovated and air-conditioned will be perfect for your holidays. On the 3rd floor without lift, comprising a living room with a sofa bed and its American kitchen. Two bedrooms, one of which is a suite with its own shower room and a second shower room for everyone's comfort (bed sizes: 160*200). Fully equipped, charming and renovated, you will be able to do everything on foot when you leave the flat, you can walk and stroll in the alleys of the old Nice, go to the Cours Saleya and its daily authentic market which is 4 minutes away on foot as well as the famous Promenade des Anglais and its beaches located only 2 minutes away on foot from the flat There is a tram stop at the bottom of the building which will allow you to cross Nice very easily and quickly and thus go directly to the airport or the train station of Nice for example. The nearest car park if you arrive by car is the "parking des arts".
