Patricia welcomes you in his traditional Auvergne farm of 1854, with charming guest rooms. This house nestled in the Piedmont of Livradois, between forests and green hills, is typical of Auvergne habitat. This charming house is designed to welcome my guests in a relaxing atmosphere, with modern comfort in a traditional setting. In the morning you wake up in the quiet countryside, where the smell of hot coffee and fresh bread attracts you to the dining room on the ground floor. After an active day, and depending on the season, you can enjoy the park or the heat of the fireplace around an aperitif before taking a traditional Auvergne meal based on regional products. You are welcomed throughout the year for a longer or shorter stay in one of the guest rooms. Decorated with care, they combine modernism and comfort, in a traditional setting: king size bed, private bathroom and toilet, eco-friendly heating.  From its location facing the Monts du Forez, the spectacle of the rising sun will remain engraved in your memories.

Auvergne has a continental climate with sunny summers and snowy winters. The autumns are long and pleasant and suitable for picking mushrooms. The farm is located 800m above sea level, in the heart of the Regional Natural Park Livradois Forez. Its central location makes it an ideal starting point. Depending on your desires a multitude of outdoor activities and discoveries can be proposed to you: hikes, visits, sports activities (ski, gliding, vtt ...), cultural and gastronomic discoveries of which here are some suggestions: Less than 30 minutes away: the mill of Richard de Bas, the museum of fourme d'Ambert, the trade route and its traditional craftsmanship. Less than an hour away: Thiers capital of the knife (international salon Coutellia in May), Puy en Velay (departure Via Podiensis GR65, way of Compostela) and its lace, Vichy, spa town, La Chaise Dieu with its abbey and its annual festival of classical music (end of August). At 1h30mn: Clermont-Ferrand with the Michelin adventure, the Puys chain with Le Puy de Dôme, the Vulcania theme park, the Puy de Sancy with its famous zip line and the Le Pal animal park.
