## The space New and fully equipped, the accommodation is ideal for families and workers traveling to the region. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed, an open kitchen and a separate bedroom with a double bed. Ideal apartment for 1 to 4 people. (1 double bed in the bedroom + 1 sofa bed in the living room). The accommodation is new and specially dedicated to travellers' stays. No unpleasant surprises, all the equipment is available and works perfectly: Wifi/Fiber, the TV in the accommodation is connected and you can access your Netflix, Apple, Amazon prime, Disney+ profiles, etc... The kitchen is fully equipped (Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, induction hob etc...) as well as the necessary for the 1st night only (1 garbage bag, 1 sponge, 1 small bottle of dishwashing liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet and a towel for the kitchen) will be at your disposal, except for kitchen groceries (salt, pepper, oil, etc.) which will not be provided. The accommodation also includes a wardrobe with hangers. ## The neighborhood There is a common courtyard in the building in which you can store your bicycles or means of transport under a shelter The accommodation is located in the La Fuye-Velpeau district, 5 minutes walk from Tours train station. In front of the accommodation, you will find a large square (with a market twice a week), a park and many shops (supermarket right next to the building). The tourist office is next to the accommodation. Possibility also to rent a bike just opposite to ride along the quays of the Loire and visit the castles (Amboise, Clos Lucé etc ...) ## Getting around Tours train station and the tram are 5 minutes away and several bus stops are nearby. It is also very easy to park in the free parking lot just in front of the accommodation or in the surrounding streets (also free).
