The 30 m² Cabane Malouine welcomes you to the heart of the ramparts of St Malo. Let yourself be charmed by this studio under the roofs of the Corsair city. Warm, calm and bright, it is fully equipped for 2 people (1 double bed). Drop off your suitcases and you're just a stone's throw from the beaches, boat departures via Dinard, shops, restaurants, covered market and thermal baths. Wifi and a Nespresso machine are also included. Cleaning costs are included in the price and include all household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels). Features to consider : - Atypical studio of 20m² in carrez law and 30m² on the ground. - Mezzanine accessible by ladder. - The bed (140 x 190) is located next to a closed room where the VMC is located. This operates at night, which could be inconvenient for travellers who need complete silence to sleep. The noise level measured is 30-31dB, slightly above what is usually measured in a bedroom. - The studio sleeps 2 people and is located on the 4th floor, only accessible by stairs. Baby facilities available for those traveling with their families (subject to availability). Please note that bed linen is not provided for the cot.

IMPORTANT: On the day of your arrival, you can collect the keys to the accommodation until 10pm at the latest! On the day of your departure, you can only drop them off from 7am!
