Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, this charming flat with a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers ideally 2 adults and 2 children. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an open plan fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi (low flow), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! Day area: - A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area with an extension table (4 to 6 place settings) - An open kitchen equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine... Night area: - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190), an extra mattress under the bed for one person (90×200) and storage space - A bathroom with bathtub - Separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby bed, plancha, ironing board and iron Other remarks - Bed linen and towels included - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use - Free wifi available. Wifi in Saint-Cast is below average speed, and access often depends on the weather. As a result, the available internet connection is not suitable for intensive use (online video games, teleworking). - Pets accepted on request, for an extra charge of 15e, please specify when booking - The flat is on the mezzanine floor of a 3-storey stone building which opens onto the courtyard via an outside staircase (4 steps) - You will be given a key to access the shared cellar where you can store bicycles, pushchairs and windsurfers - The flat is not accessible to PRM due to the presence of an outside staircase - Improvements were made to the apartment in January 2023 in order to improve the comfort of the apartment

The flat is ideally located in the centre of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment within a quiet and flowery residence. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - The beach and "le point plage" (a structure that offers all the aquatic sports activities: paddle, surfing, J80, catamaran lessons and supervised sea outings) are very close. The large beach is 2 km long, perfectly suited for walks, jogging and family outings. Many other activities are possible: hiking on the coastal path (GR34), water sports (sailing club at 700 metres), fishing port (1.5 km), horse riding (riding centre at 3 km), tree climbing (3 km)... In the vicinity, the stages not to be missed on the Emerald Coast: - Cap Fréhel, to the west, a site classified as an ornithological reserve, whose cliffs dominate the sea by 70 metres. - Not far from there, take the time to visit Fort la Latte, built in the 14th century on a rocky cape, which majestically overlooks the sea. - A former corsair city, the fortified town of Saint-Malo has preserved its magnificent ramparts and offers a splendid view of the sea. Excursions to the Chausey Islands and the Channel Islands are possible. If the tour of the ramparts is a must, the city of Robert Surcouf and Jacques Cartier will charm you with its picturesque cobbled streets, its rich shipowners' houses and its castle. - Those who enjoy walking or cycling can follow the signposted route through the Rance valley, where mills, malouinières and fishing villages punctuate the landscape. - Another stopover not to be missed is the famous seaside resort of Dinard, which has preserved some magnificent villas from its Belle Époque past: the Clair de Lune promenade or the Malouine promenade will reveal some of them to you.
