Three-storey property in a quiet location at the top of the village, comprising: on the first floor, a large bedroom with a 160cm bed; on the first floor, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a bedroom with 2 90cm beds, a bathroom and separate toilet, and a large terrace with mountain views. On the garden level, the house also features a small laundry room with washing machine and a large, unheated relaxation room with sofa and tables opening onto a private outdoor space with garden. Other facilities: High-speed Wi-Fi, workspace (in the upstairs bedroom), TV, children's books and toys. An enclosed shed for storing skis, a crib and a high chair are also available. Sleeps up to 6 adults. Private parking: 2 spaces. Cleaning and toiletries provided on arrival. The property is close to the town of Embrun and its lake, and to the ORRES ski resort. Bakery, restaurant and post office in the village. Pets are not allowed. The gîte is entirely non-smoking. The property encourages guests to sort their garbage.
