Ô fil de l'eau (ex Ferme de la Source) in Saint-Jean-Saint-Maurice-sur-Loire, is a 170 m² lakeside gîte for up to 15 guests. Bed linen included, towels not supplied. The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine... - Living room with double sofa bed, opening onto a large veranda - Bedroom 1, "Grain d'Orge": a double bed and en-suite shower room with WC - Bedroom 2, "Tournesol": a queen-size bed and on the mezzanine a double bed and a single bed, as well as an en-suite shower room with WC, access to the terrace overlooking the Loire River. - A 20 m² veranda, which can be used as a dining room or games room, with a view of the Loire River. First floor: - A 25 m² lounge/library with double sofa bed - Bedroom 3: "Tilleul": two single beds that can be brought together to make a double bed, en-suite shower room with WC - Bedroom 4: "Lotus": two single beds that can be brought together to make a double bed and en-suite shower room with WC Exterior: - A 35 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather. - A 4,000 m² south-facing garden with deckchairs and view of the lake below. - A private path leading to a lakeside beach, accessible directly from the garden. Other services (on request, at extra charge): - Access to the wellness area: a hammam, an outdoor Jacuzzi overlooking the Loire and a relaxation room. - Possibility of renting up to 3 additional yurts. - Meal reservations (welcome meal or during your stay) Reservations and payment through our local partner, please specify. Other remarks : - Bed linen is included, but towels are not provided. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Neighborhood : A true "end of the world" where nature, silence and zenitude reign, come and discover the village of Saint-Jean-Saint-Maurice-sur-Loire, elected "Most beautiful village in the Loire" in 2023, thanks in particular to its exceptional views. The village boasts a rich heritage of historic monuments, including an ancient medieval keep, castle walls and a sundial house. The village also boasts several art craftsmen and is now part of the "Wine Route". Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 12 vehicles.
