Emplacement exceptionnel! Située dans une résidence au calme, cette maison vous attend pour des vacances de rêve quelque soit la saison. En été vous pourrez profiter de la plage municipale dont l'entrée se trouve à une centaine de mètres seulement! Cette plage est parfaite pour les petits et les grands (pataugeoire, jeux pour enfants, plongeoir 3m et 5m, terrains de pétanque et de beach-volley...). Parcours de santé à 300m, balades en bord de lac, piste cyclable qui fait le tour du lac, vous ne tomberez pas à cours d'occupations! Le logement : C'est une maison mitoyenne sur deux niveaux dans une copropriété avec parking, donc aucun souci de stationnement. Le rez de chaussée se compose d'un séjour avec cuisine équipée ouverte, de toilettes séparées et d'une petite chambre pour une personne, avec sa salle bains attenante équipée d'une douche. Par la baie vitrée du salon vous accéderez à la terrasse et au jardin. A l'étage vous trouverez la suite parentale avec lit double et un très grand balcon, une deuxième chambre avec lit double, une vaste salle de bains avec baignoire et des WC séparés.
