This charming 60 m² house in Saint-Samson-sur-Rance can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It comprises a pretty 12 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - A 12 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... Second floor: - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower and separate WC Second floor: - Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200) and one single bed Outside: - A south-facing terrace with garden furniture of approx. 10m². Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
