Located in the center of Pléneuf, just 1.5 km from the beach, Agence Cocoonr B&P offers this cosy 180 m² house for 6, renovated in 2020, opening onto a 500 m² enclosed garden and a south-facing courtyard. The house, which is accessed by an external staircase, includes on the ground floor a large living room, open kitchen, laundry room and toilet. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with double bed 160 x 190 cm and private bathroom, a bedroom with double bed 160 x 190 cm, a bedroom with two single beds 90 x 190 cm and cot, bathroom with bathtub, toilets. Closed garage. Household, sheets and towels not included. Other remarks: - Access to the house is via an external staircase, not suitable for people with reduced mobility. - The house must be left clean at your departure. You can ask for a cleaning at the end of your stay for 120 e. - A disinfection of the house can be done before your arrival for an additional 40 euros. - Sheets and towels are extra: Sheets: 18e / bed Towels: 12e/ person - Animals under 15 kg are accepted and must be treated against all parasites.
