The first has a 160x200 bed, the second has two bunk beds four beds 90x190, the third upstairs has a double bed 140x200. Possibility of sleeping two extra people in the sofa bed 160x200. A bathroom with walk-in shower on the ground floor with a washing machine and a bathroom upstairs. A separate toilet located on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with: Fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob / alogene, ... Outside a terrace of 54 m² with electric blind. Garden furniture for 12 people, gas barbecue and sunbathing. Ping-pong table, private petanque and various outdoor games available. I have been in the Landes for 10 years. I lived in this house for a while but I had to leave because too far from my job. What I like most is the smell of pines in the morning, hear the sound of birds, see a deer, ... I improve the house every year so that you feel at home. House of 115 m² fully renovated in 2016, located in a very quiet area in the pine forest between Escource and Mimizan (D44). 10 minutes from Mimizan village and 15 minutes from Mimizan beach. Its location has the advantages of being close to the sea without having the inconveniences of the world and the noise of the city. The house is in a "neighborhood" in the moors there are many "neighborhoods" like this one. It can be likened to "places said". These are groupings of some houses. There are no shops just a few of the houses. In my neighborhood there are five houses mine is the oldest of all. I love my house quietly, the smell of pine trees in the morning, deer sometimes come to visit us. Activities: Equestrian center (3km), Karting (10km), eco-museum of Marquez (30km). In Mimizan: water sports (surfing, sand yachting, stand up paddle, kayak, pedal boat sailing, ...), golf, tree climbing, paintball, tennis, casino, cinema, ...
