Welcome to our Apartment with exceptional view, Located on the first floor without elevator, you will find all the comforts : space, parking, large balcony, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi... This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and access to the large and furnished terrace. Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. The basics consumables for the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the apartment so that you can enjoy easily the accommodation on your arrival. This is a no smoking apartment.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located in a quiet and bourgeois area, in the heights of Cannes. Cannes city center is just 3km away, with its many shops and palaces. It is also a very popular and lively place. Restaurants, bars and shops await you! Rue d'Antibes is 10 minutes away by car ... Not to mention the beach and the Croisette. You will also find shops in Vallauris. Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by bus: take the line n°210 in direction of Cannes and stop at Cannes – Gare SNCF. Then take the bus n°9 in direction of Fournas and stop at La Vista. Journey takes about an hour and a half and this stop is 50m away from the apartment. You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment. Cannes’ train station is 3km away, allowing you to discover Antibes, Nice, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily. You can come in the city by car and park in the private garage of the residence.
