Welcome to our charming T2 located in the heart of Le Mans, in a new and quiet residence. The access to the apartment is autonomous 24/24. The apartment is located on the second floor of the residence with elevator. It is accessible for people with reduced mobility (wide corridors, entrance adapted to wheelchairs, no steps) The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people. This beautiful apartment is composed of a very large living room very bright thanks to its large windows. It is composed of a living room with a sofa/double bed, TV, a dining room with table and chairs and finally a fully equipped open kitchen (microwave, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, induction cooker, all the necessary kitchen utensils and condiments) The apartment has a large bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200) and a large closet. Finally, there is a spacious and accessible bathroom with a large walk-in shower with grab bar, sink and storage cabinet. The apartment has a Wi-Fi connection.
