Large fenced garden (700 sq.m.) with covered terrace. Garage. Electric heating (charge based on actual consumption). Cleaning at end of stay possible (extra charge). Baby equipment: folding cot, high chair, changing mat, baby bath. Nearby: town of Arnay-le-Duc (shops/services, Tour de la Motte Forte, Musée des Arts de la Table, Fouché lake, organised events in summer, evening markets), châteaux of Chailly-sur-Armançon (golf course), Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, Commarin.
