Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, in the commune of Barcelonnette, this charming house of a surface of 90 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers (adults, not adapted for the children). It is composed of a pretty living room of 30 m ² (with fireplace), of a kitchen equipped, of two beautiful rooms, a shower-room and you will be able to benefit from a garden of approximately 100 m ² as well as from a terrace. Wifi, we are waiting for you ! Other remarks : - This accommodation is not suitable for children under 12 years old. Thank you for your understanding. - Free Wifi available - The fireplace is functional, wood is available at an additional cost. - Bed linen and towels are provided. - The cleaning at the end of the stay is to be done by the tenant. Thank you for leaving the house in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use. An end of stay cleaning package is available at 90e (it does not include: emptying of the bins, the fridge, cleaning of the dishes).
