Bright and cozy bedroom with a modern bathroom, separate toilet, and a large terrace offering a relaxing and soothing view of a lush garden! Alternatively, the spacious living room which serves as the lounge. You have the option to choose the lounge with a reversible 2-seater sofa bed just for you! :) Feel free to choose either the bedroom or the lounge!

Our cozy nest combines tranquility and proximity! A haven of serenity just steps away from amenities such as the Leclerc supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, laundry, and a bus stop just 30 seconds away towards central Cannes! Please note that the apartment is located 5 minutes from the A8 motorway towards Nice, Monaco, & Saint Tropez, Aix-en-Provence! ✨
