Apartment classified 3 stars of charm, arranged by an interior architect, facing the lake with a balcony and its panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. This apartment has just been completely renovated (modification of the configuration, insulation, windows high thermal and acoustic insulation) with a tailor-made arrangement optimizing the space. Thus, the apartment is composed: - a balcony "above" the lake - a living room with a sofa bed type "rapido" with slatted frame and mattress comfort, - the apartment has an "L" shape, a closed space offers a sleeping area with a murphy bed for 2 people. - a fully equipped kitchen area with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave / grill - storage and TV area (40 "/ 100 cm) - a bathroom (Italian shower, washbasin, WC suspended) complete the development of this housing. On the ground floor, a secure bike shed is available. SPECIAL REMARKS : A deposit will be asked (bank transfer if you don't have french check). Pets not allowed Household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, shower mat, ...) not provided The end of stay cleaning must be done before leaving
The residence has a large private beach with access is secure and where are a playground for children (slide, ...), petanque, shade in the trees, tables for a picnic, a pontoon with a diving board at its end, a lawn for putting your bath towel on and tanning, ... all in a flowery and wooded atmosphere with a breathtaking view of the turquoise waters of the lake and the mountains who surround him. Several car parks, reserved for the residence, make it possible to park without encombre "at the foot" of the housing. A large bike room and a large play room with ping-pong table are left open. The bike path is located just behind the residence. It will allow you to move easily along the lake ... and more for bike lovers. In summer, the lake water (known for its purity) is between 20 ° and 26 ° C. The cycle path, which goes from Annecy to Faverges along the lake, passes just behind the residence (local bike on the ground floor and a possibility to rent bikes just minutes from the residence). Nearby there are many activities including: climbing, boat rental, diving, sailing and windsurfing, paragliding, pedalo, etc.
