Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 24 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you ! The accommodation comprises - A 24 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1 : double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2 : single bed and sofa - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A 14m² balcony facing south-west, with a view of the river and furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wi-Fi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
