Offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere, our home gives you the opportunity to relax and enjoy your stay. This relaxing atmosphere can also be enjoyed in our private and fully enclosed garden. Easy access to local shops, public transport (bus), a municipal heated swimming pool and approx 1.5km from the centre of Binic, beaches, bars, and restaurants. The property is next to the Tour de Manche cycle route and 1.5km from the GR34 le sentier des douaniers. Our guest accommodations are located on the ground floor (suitable for people with reduced mobility, but unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs) and the 1st floor of our home . The ground bedrooms have a standard double bed (140 x 190) with bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe with shelves and hanging rails. A machine for making coffee and tea is also provided in the room. The 1st floor bedroom will sleep up to 3 people. The en-suite bathrooms are equipped with a toilet, a shower and a vanity unit with storage. All towels etc. are provided for your stay, as well as a hairdryer for your convenience. There is private parking off road parking and we also have a secure garage for bikes, etc.
Situated between the countryside and the coast, our home is ideally located for you to explore the many and varied areas of Northern Brittany. Within walking distance of the house is a large supermarket with petrol station, pharmacy, bank, hairdressers, laundry, a baker's / patisserie for that fresh baguette, croissants or that little treat and a public indoor heated swimming pool, which is open all year. In Binic itself, there is the local tourist office offering advice on places to visit and what to do. There is also an excellent choice of restaurants & bars, ice cream parlours and souvenir shops. About 2km from the house, there are 3 magnificent beaches: Plage de Godelins (located between Binic and Étables-sur-Mer), Plage de L'Avant-Port (located in Binic) and Plage de la Banche (also located in Binic) . A bit further away (approx 10 mins by car) is the Plage du Moulin. A little further and within an hour's drive, there are many beautiful and historic places to visit, for example The Steam Train of Trieux (travelling between Paimpol and Pontrieux), the Abbey of Beauport, Zoopark Tregomeur located between Saint-Brieuc and Guingamp or visit the Île-de-Bréhat.
