Very relaxing place to stay. Accommodation is well thought through - everything you would want. Beds extremely comfortable, bathroom huge. The food is exceptional most of which is grown on the property or locally sourced. Breakfast perfect and had two stunning evening meals.

This place is a hidden jewel, away from the crowds. It has a lot of character, with Danish and Japanese vibe in the decoration. We felt welcome and comfortable in common areas as well.

What a blast ! This place is the most gorgeous, calm, and consciously made place that we’ve ever been in. The owners did an amazing job landscaping and building everything. If you want to be in a quiet, ecological, and secluded environment this is where you have to go. The breakfast was divine even though I’m vegetarian, and dislike sweet breakfast, this was the best breakfast we had in a while. All the product are locally sourced and you can definitely feel the difference. Special thanks to the staff that were super welcoming and nice ! We wish we could live there forever.

Posto fantastico, casetta di legno sul lago curata nei minimi dettagli, bagno con doccia di vetro enorme, colazione (a pagamento) molto buona con dolci e croissant, cena nel ristorante preparata solo per noi due superlativa (con attenzione al fatto che io fossi incinta e cosa potevo mangiare), una pace e un silenzio mai sentiti prima. Personale molto attento e disponibile.

Nous avons adoré notre nuit aux Échasses, cadre hyper romantique. Modge spacieux et agréable, on se croirait dans une maison secondaire. Beaucoup de livres à disposition, un Ipad pour la musique. Nous avons pû faire une petite flambée dans le poêle à bois, très agréable au coeur de l'hiver.
