On the second floor: an entrance, a living room with a kitchen open to a living room with a convertible sofa for two people (size: 140X190), a bedroom with a 140X190 bed and a 90X190 mezzanine bed (accessible from 6 years, according to current regulations), a bathroom, a separate toilet and a cupboard with laundry equipment. Bicycle storage room shared by residents on the ground floor. Private cellar available to store sports equipment (basement level with access by stairs). Drop-off possible in front of the entrance to the building. Reserved parking space in underground public car park at the entrance to the intra-muros city (Saint-Vincent car park) with subscription card provided free of charge by the owners.
