The Bed and Breakfast La Poterne was born in 2014, in Epernay. It is a family business which gathers a mother and her two daughters in a common adventure: welcoming guests from all over the world and help them discover the Champagne region in the most authentic way by giving them tips about the best local addresses. Two years after its opening, La Poterne has been rewarded by the Certificate of Excellence 2016 from Tripadvisor.

La Poterne is a perfect location 2 steps from the centre of Epernay, Capitale of Champagne. Epernay is the best place in Champagne for touring cellars and sampling bubbly but it is also settled in a beautiful natural environment for hiking and bike-riding. This charming Art deco B&B offers a colored and retro decoration. Each room has its own theme. It also has a flowered and peaceful backyard to sit and sip some champagne after the visits of the day. This place is a haven of peace in the heart of the town. The breakfast is served every morning in the family living room or in the garden when the weather is nice. It is composed of fresh quality products : squeezed orange juice, home-made yogurts, croissants and fresh bread, cheese, ham, boiled eggs, jams and a new home-made cake is prepared everyday. A short walk from the town centre and the famous Avenue de Champagne, where the world’s most celebrated Champagne houses are gathered, La Poterne is perfectly located to visit the town by walking and explore the champagne region.
