The accommodation is composed as follows: On the first floor : - A nice living room of 40 m² with air-conditioning, TV, Wifi, a dining room table, a functional fireplace (first flame offered), a fully equipped kitchen (with a pellet stove): induction hob, fan-assisted oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher..., and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer - separate toilet 1st floor: - Bedroom 1 with air-conditioning : a queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2 with air-conditioning : a queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 3 with air-conditioning : A desk with a bench that can be transformed into a double bed - A large bathroom with double sink and bathtub. - Separate toilet 2nd floor attic dedicated to children: - A landing with a small sofa and a table which is a relaxation area where you will find some games and books for children - Room 4 : four single beds - Room 5 : two single beds - A shower room with WC (not closed) Outside : You can enjoy a garden of about 1,000 m² with a swing for children with swings, trapeze, rope ... A garden table and a barbecue are also at your disposal for the beautiful days. (garden not closed at the bottom) Other notes: - There are 4 stairs in all and several steps in different places. - All the rooms look out onto the south-facing garden. - The lean-to and the garage are not accessible for security reasons. - All bedding is new. - The arrival will be done thanks to a key box. A personalized welcome can be organized (estimate on request). - The house is connected to the fiber (wifi available). - The fireplace is functional (first flambé offered, the log-stand against the wall must remain full). - Animals are not allowed. - The house is non-smoking.
