Relax in this beautifully renovated green house, in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown and the metro! A kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom (shower + bath) are there just for you. A shared terrace with barbecue and a parking space will make your stay a pleasant one!
Formerly an agricultural district (peach trees have been cultivated here since the 16th century), the area is now mainly residential, with a few good addresses (a VERY nice brasserie is located 1 minute's walk from the apartment for a beer, and a few trendy restaurants 5-10 minutes' walk away). A quiet 10-minute walk from the M9 Mairie de Montreuil metro station, which gives you easy access to Paris and its many activities :-)
