The apartment is of exceptional standing located in a prime residential spot close to Monaco beach, Monte Carlo country club and the Larvotto area of Monaco. It has been entirely and completely renovated from the inside out with all the highest specification service systems and decor. It is extremely secure property with 3 tier security; private gated road, gated residence and 24 hour concierge/security. There is also CCTV cameras at every entrance. A 300m2 private garden with family size BBQ and outdoor dining for up to 10 people make this an ideal location for families or guests with friends and families in the surrounding area. A shared pool and manicured grounds complete the setting and ensure an ideal holiday experience. The apartment is 2 bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms and with king size beds that can be split to singles if required. Bed linens and towels are of the highest quality Egyptian cotton with 600 thread count and beach towels are also provided. The apartment is fully equipped with every convenience and more: fridge freezer, dishwasher, wine cave, full size oven and hob, washing machine and tumble dryer, Kitchenmaid coffee machine and WMF kitchenware.

Our apartment manager, Sarah, is from Ireland and she is on hand to help you have a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
Monaco is an exceptional location and our apartment is ideally placed to give you full and easy access to the best that it has to offer. High end restaurants, bars and nightlife, the world famous Casino, Spa retreats and the Larvotto beach area. Everything is within easy walking distance, the famous landmarks and also the convenience of supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies etc. Using this apartment as your base you can spend idyllic days at one of the relaxing beach clubs on Larvotto plage, or listening to live Jazz at Le Note Bleu. You can dine at Avenue 31 or Maya Bay or dance the night away at Jimmyz or Nikki Beach. You have easy access to the whole coast for day trips to the delightful Italian food markets, the glamour of Cannes or further afield to St Tropez by boat or helicopter for a dazzling day out. Ask us for recommendations or to make reservations for you and we will be happy to help. Maps and directions will be available at check in.
