Daniel's apartment is exceptional, without being, however, luxurious. The location of the property is great, with a balcony with a view to relax and with a private garage with easy access. The apartment is super well equipped. Daniel was able to provide ALL the accessories that a family could need in their daily lives, both in the kitchen and for washing clothes. As well as he presented us with a welcome kit and with several items of first needs in the kitchen. I cannot fail to mention Daniel's attention and patience in showing us everything the apartment had to offer and regarding tourism around Mougin and the Côte D'Azur, providing us with maps and all the information to find our way around. Without a doubt I will return to this property, if I return to this region.

Table with 6 chairs (Ikea style), table and chairs in living room, wooden couch support forming comfortable bed (1.90 x 0.80 m) and containing a second mattress (1.85 x 0.80 m) for young child , in the lower drawer (see photo). • 1 air-conditioned room (9 m²) with double bed (1.60 x 2 m), wardrobe, bedside table, lamp, radio, communication glass door with the second bedroom (+ electric shutter). • 1 air-conditioned room, old balcony converted into a small room (7 to 8 m ²), cupboard, bedside table, lamp, picture windows with view on mountains of Grasse / Mouans-Sartoux. Bed (0.90 x 1.80 m) with additional mattresses (1.80 x0.90 m) in the drawer below, for young children (see photo); 2nd glazed door to the kitchen + electric shutters. • 1 fully equipped kitchen: 3 induction hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator, hood, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle etc. • 1 bathroom with window, 250 l hot water tank, new shower, washbasin, washing machine (Bosch electric drier on the balcony)....
