Welcome! I hope to welcome you soon to our character apartment. 150 sqm, bright, air-conditioned and with a pleasant terrace. Located in the district of Bas Vernet, within 5 minute-walk from the city center by the pedestrian bridge that takes you to the Opera House, you will also be close to the beach (10 minutes drive) and the mountains (1 hour). Ideally located for attending the International photojournalism festival VISA pour l'image. The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms of which 1 will be closed for rentals of 4 people or less.
As a professional traveler, I decided a few years ago to share my house in Perpignan, located near the historic center and 10 minutes by car from the beaches. Meeting guests from all over the world is very enriching and I strive to improve the services year after year.
A unique blend of residential houses, shops & workshops will give you the feel of true life in a typical city in Southern France. 5 minutes away from historical center by a walk bridge. The train station is a 15-minute walk. Beaches are 10 km away and can be reached thru dedicated bicycle ways. A city bike rental service is available (BIP).
