This 140 sqm apartment is located between the Old Town and the famous Place Massena, in front of the beaches and just a couple steps from Cours Saleya and its famous flower market. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with an elevator and has been completely renovated and equipped in 2021. It is comprised of: - a spacious living room with a large sofa, a coffee table, two armchairs, a grand piano that you can use at your convenience, a dining table, a television and a Hi-Fi system. The living room faces south and opens onto a balcony which faces the beaches and enjoys a beautiful sea view. - a new fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, extractor, four-burner stove top, microwave, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.). - a parental suite with a King Size bed of 200x200 cm, a dressing room, a TV and a bathroom (walk-in shower, double sink, WC, bidet, heated towel rack), this room opens onto a balcony with a beautiful sea view. - a 2nd bedroom en-suite with a King Size bed of 180x200 cm, a large closet and private shower, this room opens onto a balcony on the North / West side. - a 3rd bedroom with 2 Queen Size beds of 160x200 cm, a large closet and 2 large desks. - a beautiful and spacious bathroom with a very large walk-in shower, double sink, towel dryer, washing machine and dryer. - a separate toilet with a sink. - a beautiful entrance.
