Roc & Lac is 8 km from Annecy and 48 km from Geneva, which is the nearest airport from the property. Between lake and mountain, Veyrier-du-Lac is an ideal site to combine the pleasures of water with those of nature and sport: supervised beach during summer, nautical activities (sailing, water skiing, diving, canoeing-kayaking ... ), marked trails on Mont Veyrier, botanical circuit of Mont Rampon, tennis courts (Albigny sports complex), mini-golf. The town has the particularity of combining mountain, water and greenery: part of Mont Veyrier belongs to its natural heritage, it has 1.7 km of lakeside, almost 12 km of torrent (the Fier) and enjoys a 300 hectare municipal forest. A resort beloved by painters and poets, Veyrier-du-Lac welcomes enthusiasts of nature. Backing onto the slopes of Mont Veyrier (1293m), the village overlooks the lake and enjoys maximum sunshine. Thanks to the marked paths, walkers will reach the summit and discover a unique panorama of the Alps and Mont-Blanc.
