open in July 2024 and August 2024 at 160e/night instead of 320e (big promotion to make my accommodation known) charming 70m2 on the ground floor of a pretty villa, it is fully equipped to accommodate 4 people, ONLY = 2 adults and possibly 1 or 2 children aged 7 to 25, babies and children under 7 years old and do NOT come and more than 2 adults. are EXCLUDED. the accommodation is on the ground floor of a pretty villa of 2 co-owners, in the residential area of ​​ST PAUL DE VENCE where several ACTORS and SCULPTORS have their second home, because St Paul de Vence is the little HOLLYWOOD of France. the accommodation is 70m2 with a private garden of 1000m2 and swimming pool. the beach (the sea) is only 4km away (10 minutes by car) it is the beach of Cagnes sur mer. this apartment is in an original style, which looks more like a country house, do not expect a hotel room where everything is clean and dust-free! no! it is more of a family country house we leave the bay windows facing the pool open in the summer, so there may be dust .... there are several fans, but no air conditioning! the apartment is very pleasant on the ground floor facing the pool, it is quiet (no noise from cars just the singing of birds) FREE PARKING along the villa. you can come to my accommodation from 8am to 8pm only, because after 8pm the door is locked and there will be no one to open it for you.
