Hello ! My name is Thomas. I try to create a concept for offering apartments rentals & villa in which we want you to feel like home elsewhere. Our rentals are mainly design, modern and functionals. I am an epicurean, a lover of the bask coast, of surfing and travelling. It will be a pleasure to share my favorite places so you can discover Biarritz as a local. Don't hesitate to ask :-)

Property info

The studio Gascogne is at the ground floor of a cute little bask residence. It is a quiet and cosy one-room apartment equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm), a full HD TV, a dining table for two, an equipped kitchen (hobs, cooker hood, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, micro-wave/grill), a bathroom and a washing machine. We can also provide a baby cot on request, depending on availability. Shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, shower towel, bath mat, dish cloths are provided. Please note I don't provide beach towels so you will need to bring your own one. Welcome pack - everything you need for starting your stay : one free bottle of water, oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, paper towel, 1 toilet paper roll. Good to know: you will be in an old residence as it is the center of the city. I remind you that the street is usually calm however you might hear the neighbors passing in the entrance hall or stairs of the residence.

Neighborhood info

You're in a quiet place but also closed to everything! You can go to the market in the morning to taste to our local products, wander in the afternoon in the streets or in the many shops, go to the beach, having surfing lesson, go to the museum... So many options ! By bus : line 14 from the airport of Biarritz or line A1 from the train station - stop at "Jardin Public" - just 2 minutes walk to the apartment. There's a free shuttle doing a circle in the center of Biarritz. The stop is at 2 minutes walk.
