This 38m² T2 apartment comprises a bedroom with a 160*200 bed. The living room includes a 160*200 sofa bed, a high dining table with 4 chairs and a wall-mounted TV, as well as a fully-equipped kitchenette. There's also a large bathroom with bathtub for your convenience. WIFI is available, and bed linen and towels are included. Courtesy items are available (pasta, rice), as well as a Traveler's Guide giving you all the information you need about the apartment (wifi code, notices) and Lyon's best addresses. Entrance to the premises is 100% autonomous from 3pm via a connected lock. Checkout is scheduled until 11am maximum on the day of your departure. ** Our extras ** Late check-out until 1pm is possible for an additional 18E (request to be made the day before at the latest). Linen surcharges apply if 2 people each wish to use double bedding. The supplement is 18e per stay. The entire Memorable Place team is committed to providing you with the safest possible stay! Before each arrival, we call in a professional cleaning team to clean and disinfect the premises and the linen used. As mentioned in the advertisement, parties and noisy events (loud music etc...) that could disturb our neighbors are forbidden in our apartment, as is smoking inside the apartment. Any breach of these rules during your stay will result in a financial penalty.
