Villa ideally located at the exit of the port of Loctudy where fishing boats and sailboats pass, with a magnificent view of the Pont-L'Abbé river, Tudy island, Sainte-Marine to Bénodet, splendid sunsets , a beach in front of the house, a stone's throw from the shops and a backyard on the grounds of an old factory classified as a historic monument, offering complete peace of mind. Most of the old tenants come back every year. Maximum number of Pets: 2.
