Elisabeth and Charles have been welcoming guests for more than 5 years. Until 2020 their B&B was located in Dinan. In 2020, they renovated Villa Louisa in Saint Servan and started welcoming guests in February 2021.

Property info

Villa Louisa is located in a quiet street in the heart of the Saint-Servan neighbourhood. The house is very easily accessible, only 5 minutes by cab from the train station, or 20 minutes on foot. Travellers benefit from free parking all year round. Its location is ideal for travelers wishing to enjoy the beaches of Saint Malo, as well as to visit the city and its surroundings. It is located 15 minutes on foot from Intra Muros, and less than 5 minutes on foot from several beaches, walking paths, the city of Aleth and the Solidor Tower. A cocoon in the heart of Saint-Servan. A 19th century mansion, this residence was for a long time home to the Banque de France - the vault room still remains. Behind the gates of the garden opens a cocoon of tranquility for travelers, who enjoy the peace and comfort of their suites or rooms and can take advantage of the garden and its terraces, especially for breakfast during the summer. Completely renovated, Villa Louisa now has four guest rooms, two of which are independent from the main house.

The house is located in the heart of Saint-Servan, the neighbourhood of Saint-Malo appreciated by travelers and Malouins alike. Bordered by several beaches and creeks, Saint-Servan is ideally located a 15 minute-walk away from the old town of Saint-Malo (Intra Muros), on the site of the ancient Gallo-Roman city of Aleth, which today offers sublime landscapes on the Bay of Rance. In Saint Servan, people appreciate the living shopping street, rue Ville-Pépin, with its local shops. They particularly enjoy the neighbourhood’s beaches (no less than four near the house: Corbières beach, Solidor beach, Bas-Sablons beach and Saint-Pière beach) and its many walks between the Corbières park, the city of Aleth and the Solidor Tower.
