There’s also a pond with exotic fish. Notably, German Chancellor Angela Merkel stayed at this villa in August 2019 during the G7 Summit. The villa can accommodate up to 27 guests. Designed in the style of an art gallery, this historic villa embodies the concept of a unified natural and artistic space. Everything is provided for the comfort of the guests. This guide includes illustrations and detailed descriptions of all important features in the house, ensuring your comfort (light switches, kitchenware, appliances, and other operational details). It serves as a helpful manual for the house. • The second meeting occurs on your departure day, when you return the house, and we perform the final inspection. Check-in and Check-out Times According to the rules: • Check-in time: after 3:00 PM (any time). • Check-out time: by 11:00 AM. We understand that travel plans can vary due to flights, train schedules, driving, and other factors that may affect your convenience. With love and respect for our guests, we try to accommodate your needs. If it does not interfere with previous or upcoming bookings, we allow free early check-in or late check-out. However, this is an exceptional arrangement that is discussed individually via the site chat. What We Provide We remind you that we supply everything necessary for up to 27 guests, and this is included in the price: • Bed linens, extra pillows, sheets, blankets, and duvet covers; • Towels, cleaning products, hygiene items, and toilet paper; • Ample dishes, glasses, cutlery, plates, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The villa’s grounds are adorned with a small tropical garden featuring palm trees, yuccas, cacti, lemon trees, and various exotic plants. There’s also a pond filled with goldfish in an array of vibrant hues. At the entrance, a historic fountain crafted by Italian artisans is beautifully overgrown with water lilies. A charming footbridge spans the pond, and the stunning mountain views enhance the serene, relaxing atmosphere. The peaceful, cozy garden divides the villa into several intimate spaces, making it ideal for private, family, or corporate events, no matter the weather.
