Die klimatisierte Villa liegt auf einem ruhigen von außen nicht einsehbaren Grundstück. Die Terasse ist für 4 Personen sehr großzügig dimensioniert. Auch die Sitzmöglichkeiten sind mehr als ausreichend und bequem.
