The living areas in the property consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric range-style cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining area with seating for ten guests, a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove and an external games room with 3 in 1 pool table/air hockey/tablet tennis and beer fridge. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite bathroom, a ground-floor king-size with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room and a bunk, along with a ground-floor bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is a garden with lawn and parking is available. Within 3.5 miles you will find a shop and within 4.3 miles, a pub. Note: Check-in from 4pm and check-out by 10am Note: Though electricity is included in the rent, electric for charging cars is not included in the rental. Note: Please bear in mind that this property is located on an island and therefore only accessible by plane or ferry. There are 3 separate ferry routes to get to the Island.
