Our friendly hosts, Ian & Christine, were awesome! Our accommodations were very clean and comfortable and the full breakfast was a feast! So good! THOROUGHLY loved our stay at Argyll House B&B! Very cosy, loved it!

Set in Dunvegan in the Isle of Skye Region, this detached B&B features a garden with a sun terrace. The property features a hot tub and views of the mountains. We especially liked that we had use of the kitchen anytime we wanted to cook something on our own.
Dunshee is located in Roskhill near Dunvegan. These two apartments provide breakfasts, cooked or continental. Free WiFi access and parking are available. Sue was friendly, very helpful and professional. The property was extremely comfortable and clean. Having a self contained apartment with a washing machine was excellent as we are travelling for an extended period of time. There was a great choice for breakfasts which were delicious.
Skye Loft Apartment is located in Dunvegan and offers a garden and barbecue facilities. The property features sea and mountain views. There was a welcome meal for us. The host Mike and Jennie were wonderful. They ensured that we were comfortable and had all the required stuff. Apartment had few games which was a nice thing. We were not able to reach on the given day due to a road accident. As a good gesture the host extended our stay by a day.
Located in Dunvegan, on the Isle of Skye, MacLeods View Apartment has a patio and sea views. Guests may enjoy free WiFi. We fell in love with the house at the first moment we saw it. The view from the window was breathtaking. The owners were incredibly kind, they sent us a detailed description of restaurants, shops qnd so on. They provided us with some food, which fell well after 6 hours of driving. We would come back again anytime, no doubt. Thanks!
There’s always more to see anywhere, but do recommend the castle tour and the Coral Beach bike. Wanted to see the Fairy Pools, but we had a ferry to catch. Will have to come back. Love driving the single track roads😀
High end restaurants to yummy bakeries and small cafes—Dunvegan is great. Enjoyed the Old School Restaurant, Blas Cafe, 13 Chimneys, the Old Inn. Dunvegan not clogged with tourists and buses like Portree. Hiking, pub music, etc — we will return
This was a great place to locate ourselves for a couple of days. We went to the castle and gardens which was a nice stop. There are also some great little shops on the way that are well worth stopping at. There is a great place for alpaca scarfs, blankets, clothing. Fantastic colors and choices. Very good base for exploring this part of the island
Stay here for the best location in Skye. 4 to 5 days is the right amount of time if you want to fully explore the island. Make dinner reservations ahead! Same goes for the ferry over from the mainland.
There is so much to see and do around this area. There are lots of good places to hike, including Neist Point. Dunvegan Castle is close by and worth a visit, as is Talisker Distillery. We had some fabulous food in this area as well. The scenery is stunning and we wish we could have spent months here instead of just a few days.
Dunvegan castle a must do. Very interesting and lovely gardens. Dined at The Three Chimneys which was fantastic. The Dunvegan hotel was ok for food but the bar and buildings were run down. Lovely scenery in the area.

Our host was delightful! Seriously would stay here again if we go back. And regretfully should have stayed 3 nights instead of 2. Our room was super cute and awesome. The breakfast was quite flexible on options and delicious. The location we thought was wonderful. Far away from anything commercial, which is exactly what you want when visiting Skye. Still many options around to eat. Grab a bottle of wine at the store and pop it open at night under the skylights.

Fabulous everything. Beautiful location with stunning views. Exceptional room with a super comfy bed. Lovely host and breakfast was delicious. Angela contacted us before our stay about dinner and then booked us into the old school house 10min walk down the road - this was very thoughtful and ensured we had a lovely stay in Dunvegan. The dinner at the old school house was the best food we’ve had on our travels of Scotland.

We really liked staying in Dunvegan. The pods were a nice way to experience the island. Very hospitable and friendly hosts. Small but fine for a family of three. Adjacent parking and a nice restaurant (The old School Inn) less than a block away.
