Within 1.5 miles there is a shop and 1.3 miles a pub. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Appletree Cottage is a wonderful setting for a family holiday in Derbyshire. Note: Steps throughout the property, please take care. Note: All rooms have USB sockets. Please note: This property only allows check-ins on a Friday & Monday.

Located in Derbyshire's Bolsover district, on the western edge of the Peak District National Park, is this well-provided-for village. It's a great place to stay while exploring the surrounding area due to the abundance of restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as the nearby recreation centre. The Peak District is close by, providing hikers, cyclists, and nature lovers with stunning scenery and a number of charming villages and fascinating towns, such as the picturesque market town of Bakewell. Chesterfield, a beautiful market town not far away, offers a wide range of high-quality services and attractions. Sheffield, known as the "Steel City," is also not far away and makes for a pleasant day trip.
