Our managed homes currently reach all over Scotland and there is an amazing eclectic mix. From city centre apartments, to beachside cottages and getaways in the Glens to hideaways in the countryside & we would love for you to come and stay. You will have the freedom to arrive in your own time thanks to our self check-in service. Everything you need to know about the property has been designed digitally and you can access your AirGuide from any device you wish. Giving you all information on appliances & check-in instructions as well as updated recommendations for things to see, try eat & drink. Everything we do is with you in mind to ensure you stay, no matter what the reason or for how long, is a true experience.

At The River is a newly refurbished cottage in Broughty Ferry Dundee. The refurbishment was undertaken with scrupulous detail to bring to you one of the most stylish cottages in Scotland. Every part of this home has something to admire or look out for, including our hidden drawings of Broughty Ferry landmarks hand drawn by a local Calligrapher. We are very proud to offer At The River to our guests and can’t wait for you to stay with us. What At The River has to offer; 1 Double bedroom & 1 bedroom with a trundle bed to offer the option of a single or twin/double bed. Double sofa bed in living area. 40” TV with Freeview & active Netflix account so you can keep up with your favourite shows. Fully equipped kitchen to cook your favourite meals. 4 gas ring hob, oven & grill. Washer Dryer, dishwasher & fridge freezer. Attractive paved outdoor spaces with soft seating, outdoor lighting and BBQ. Fresh linen and towels provided. Underfloor heating in the bathroom. Wet room shower & deep relaxing bath.
