While not being a traditional BnB, the breakfast options were ample. We were on the move early both days so we wanted to grab and go anyway.
We were also late getting into Orkney that evening on the late ferry from Shetland, We didn't arrive at Waterfront House until after 11pm but the owners met us anyway and they were very pleasant and hospitable, despite the late hour. Good communications with them too.

Very nice welcome from a cheery lady and my room was upgraded. It was all very comfortable indeed. There is plenty of parking behind and in front of the hotel. Breakfast was great and had to be ordered the night before. But great options.
Charming, picturesque area of Orkney. Close to the Neolithic sites. Scenery is magnificent and the roads are good. It is definitely worth the effort to get to this northern island. Best eating spots are in one of the towns like Kirkwall which is in the center of the island and the cross roads to all the sites especially the WW2 sites. So much history on this island.
