Fairview is a beautifully presented three story period house located in the pretty Victorian seaside town of Clevedon. The house is located just 50m from the beach with sweeping views across the sea to the Welsh coast and Exmoor. Fairview can accommodate up to ten guests with four double plus a comfortable sofabed to the Study. Externally, there are pretty gardens with views of the sea and direct access to Pier Copse (park) and a large driveway for three cars along with a 7KW EV charger. No stag or hen parties permitted.

Clevedon is a hidden gem of the South West and a great place to spend your family summer holiday. Clevedon has great amenities; Hill Road with its independent boutique shops, deli's, cafes and restaurants, the beach with its impressive Grade 1 Listed Victorian pier, the Curzon Cinema (the longest continuously running cinema in the World) and some great pubs serving local ales and cider. Clevedon is easily accessible by car, rail and air. By road, take J20 off the M5 that takes you straight into Clevedon. By rail, Yatton is the nearest train station (4 miles) that has direct services from London Paddington via Bristol. If travelling by air, Bristol Airport is just 25 minutes by car.
