This is my latest Holiday Home to be added to Hogben Holiday Homes portfolio and I am so very pleased and proud to be hosting this one! It is self contained and right next to our lovely Bay. I live in the main house with my son Archie and just love living in this area. There is always so much to do here! I suddenly and without warning lost my husband Nick in 2020 so I have thrown myself into producing 4 Holiday Homes as a business so I can be on hand for my son who was only 10 when Nick passed. I love Yoga and walking my 2 Cockapoos and this is certainly the area for both. My son Archie is a surfer and you will most certainly see him walking up and down from the bay with his surf board! I love hosting all 4 of my Holiday Homes and although I live here on the Bay I spend the rest of my time in the New Forest at my other Holiday Home. I leave my guests alone to enjoy their stay but you may see me coming off the bay or home from walks and you will certainly hear Max and Bubbles my fur babies giving you a welcome bark when you enter Bay view! They are extremely friendly but do not have access to your Holiday Home whatsoever ! From the main house they have very good ears and always know when guests arrive! If you need me you can just text me and I answer pretty much straight away unless I am sleeping! Any advice you need please just ask I love talking about this area and all my homes. I run a clinic from the back of Back of Bayview which offers ALL Beauty Aesthetics and massage treatments so you have your own private skincare and body Technician on hand should you need me!

Bay view is a modern seaside home sitting right next to the award winning blue flag Botany bay in Broadstairs Kent. There is parking for 1 car on the drive and free off street parking available outside the home. Bay view is a self contained 2 double bedroom unit at the front of a main house. Bayview is for your sole use. The shared patio garden provides a hot outside shower and seating to relax after a long day on the bay! The owner lives in the back of the main house from Bayview and we have a further Holiday Home The Hideaway which is a sleeps 6 lodge also in the grounds. The Patio garden is shared with the Hideaway Air b and b guests. There is separate seating for both holiday homes available in the patio garden There is a small kitchenette with a breakfast bar and stools for 4 people. There is an Air Fryer a fridge microwave kettle and toaster. The shower room leads off from the kitchenette . Bay View has a brand new kitchenette and shower room and bedrooms have been refurbished and redecorated throughout. You can see the sea from the Main bedroom window which is a few meters away and you can hear the sea at night! Furnished to a high standard this a lovely sleeps 4/5 Holiday Home. The fifth bed is a guest bed on wheels and pulls out from under the single bed we only recommend for children and please note this does make the second bedroom less spacious when this bed is pulled out.

Botany road is a residential road that leads directly onto the award winning blue flag Botany Bay. There are several air b and b homes on this road especially at the end where we are situated. The Viking trail is directly outside our door Broadstairs Margate Ramsgate all within 10 mins Joss bay for surfing as well 5 mins Plethora of bays activities and restaurants all in this area Bus loops across road
