Bridge End is a lovely cottage set in the centre of Coniston Village nestling on the side of the river a perfect place to relax and unwind The cottage lends itself to all weathers if the sun is shining you can sit on the decking with a good book or if it is a typical wet lake district day, light the fire and just chill, you can park the car and walk to shops pubs or if you are feeling a bit more energetic it is an ideal place to start your climb up Coniston old Man 2,634 Feet for those oldies like me or 803 metres for you younger people. you can walk to Tarn Hows a famous beauty spot take a picnic a lovely walk, or maybe take a boat out on the lake spend the day messing around on the water. You will not be short of things to do . Or just spend time relaxing in your comfortable cottage watching the world go by
