Bron Haul translates to Sunny has recently been transformed into a delightful, happy holiday cottage with lots of character, located on the southern coast of Anglesey the cottage has great views and is in a perfect location for the sea. You enter directly into the open plan living space with the kitchen right in front of has a modern farmhouse style and has a fridge freezer, hob and electric oven, dishwasher and good selection of step up onto the dining area which has a table and chairs, from the right chair you can soak up views of Snowdonia whilst you enjoy your supper and there’s enough seating space to invite a couple of friends around for a meal, too. The colourful sitting area has a TV for entertainment, but we suggest curling up here with a good book, and a rug adds warmth and cosiness underfoot. At the opposite end of the cottage, next to the kitchen, there’s a bedroom with a large and comfy bed and lighting that gives a relaxing ambience. The bathroom, which is just off the bedroom, has a bath, a separate walk in shower, loo and wash hand basin. Affectionately known by the locals as Llanfair PG, the Anglesey village of Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrnd robwllllantysiliogogogoch, also known by its shortened name of Llanfairpwllgwyngyll has the longest place name in Europe. It was artificially named back in 1860 as a publicity stunt for the railway station and translates from Welsh as "St Mary's church in the hollow of the white hazel near to the fierce whirlpool and the church of St Tysilio of the red cave". Situated close to the Menai Straits, just off the Britannia Bridge, Llanfair PG has much to offer families. After having your photo taken next to the village nameplate at the railway station, head into the popular visitors centre for local tourist information. A short walk past the octagonal Toll House, towards Menai Bridge, will bring you to the Marquis of Anglesey statue and column which, for a small fee, you can climb the 115 steps to the top for superb views of the countryside and coastline.
