Property information

This luxury townhouse is located within a gated development, close to Coventry city centre. There is allocated parking space for two vehicles in front of the house, with further visitor parking at the end of the cul-de-sac. On the groundfloor are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a balcony overlooking the historic Coventry Canal. The first floor has 2 double bedrooms, plus a familty bathroom with shower over the bath. On the second floor you will find the open kitchen/living area with another balcony overlooking the canal. The kitchen has built-in fridge, freezer, dishwasher, fan oven, and hob, A microwave is also provided. It is fully equipped with all you need to prepare and enjoy a home cooked meal. The dining table is extendable to seat the maximum number of guests. The living room is perfect to relax on the large corner sofa, watching your favourite show on the large flatscreen smart TV. All the way at the top above the kitchen/living space is the mezzanine, which provides a fantastic work-from-home space with two laptop-friendly desks. Additional rules and requirements: * Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum between 10pm and 7am. * Smoking is not allowed. * Pets are not accepted. * No parties/events, including hen/stag parties. * Guest must agree with our T&Cs by signing before staying with us. * Guest must provide us ID (Passport or Driving Licence) before staying with us. This house is temporarily offered at a discounted rate due to some cosmetic marking on the wall that were caused by a recent guest. The reduced rate you see is available whilst we await availability of our decorator, scheduled for mid-May.

Neighbourhood information

The property is located along the Coventry Canal with its historic basin. To get into the city centre you can walk along the canal via the basin and cross the foot bridge to get to all that Coventry has to offer. And it sure has a lot to offer! Besides its revived city centre with its many shops, restaurants, and bars, there are of course attractions and landmarks such as the Coventry Transport Museum, the Herbert Art Gallery & Museum, and not to forget the Coventry Cathedral ruins. But that is certainly not all. In fact, there is too much to mention in here. When you book with us we will send you a house manual that not only contains useful information about our property, it also has a long list of many things to see and do in and around Coventry. Whether you visit the city for business or for leisure, with children or with adults only, there is plenty to see and do to turn your visit into a memorable trip.
